The Wanted Girls
TheWantedGirls.com
The Wanted Girls is a series of novelettes and
novellas about the 'Hood life.  They are in one sense
ethnographies written by Willie Naps, a former outsider of the
ghetto who has engaged the urban African American culture
and found a new home there and in another sense they are
contemporary urban stories with observations on the lives of
young Black girls in trouble, their children, their families,
friends, and neighbors, and the American oppression that
affects them and all minorities in the
land of the free.

The Wanted Girls is being used in collegiate sociology
classrooms as a modern ethnographic source and can be
found in editions of
Splendid!A Magazine of the 'Hood
Life
™.  It is also being prepared for videographic treatment as
part of a collective educational effort.  Some of the girls
featured in
The Wanted Girls are even starting to write their
own stories.  Check
E2 Products for updates and ordering
information.  Also included in
Splendid! are essays by the
author, lyrics, poetry, culture comics, and more.
