Cyberia™ is a science fiction series by Paloin Biloid, which
he has been writing for 20 years. It began as a short story called
"The Holographing Suit", which was briefly set on Mars, then
brought back to Earth and into the world that would become,
eventually, the setting for Cyberia, Cleveland circa 2051.
The first short pieces to appear in publication were scenes with
the primary character, FreezeFrame, when the series was called
FreezeFrame v2.1. These first shorts were published in the off-
campus arty newspaper, the SPO, in Kent, Ohio, in 1991. Paloin
later workshopped an early novelette form of the Freeze on
Freedom™ story in 2001 at Cleveland State University, then the
beginning of the novelization in 2002 at CSU.
There is so much material already written for Cyberia that it is
expected there will be many scenes posted here that may or may
not make it into the series of novels underway. Freeze on
Freedom is being released by chapters in the Earthman's
Press™ science fiction magazine, Covert Science™. The
introduction to Cyberia is also being expanded into a stand-
alone story in its own right.

The Cyberian Lexicon™ is a glossary of terms
invented for the Cyberia series, but also some that may have
appeared elsewhere but have specialized meaning in Paloin’s
series, as well as the names of characters, organizations, and
places in the series. Entries will be added to the online lexicon
as their first appearance is made in publication in Covert
Science. Check back for updates.
